      Adam was amazing we called on a Saturday he came out within 2 hours he took his time sat us down and gave us quite a few options he took his time to help us with finance overall he was amazing and without him, Carlos and Lincoln wouldn’t have been able to provide their Excellent customer service if it wasn’t for Adams excellent customer service thank you again Adam Carlos and Lincoln were absolutely amazing these two went above and beyond. They worked hard and none stop from 9 am to sometime after 6. These guys didn’t an amazing job. They were very kind a passionate they just wanted us to have A/c and after 6 months of on and off of having a/c and then not having a/c we finally have a working a/c they didn’t leave the house until they could feel the difference and knew the a/c was doing its job. They made sure we knew how to use the new state-of-the-art thermostat walked us through it step-by-step. But most of them were very nice and caring to my 71-year-old mother who was home. My family and I can’t thank them enough for the hard work these two put in that day and we will forever be grateful. Thank you again Lincoln and Carlos you guys are absolutely again and your customer service is top-notch This company has definitely won my family’s business

I called United States Heating and Air Conditioning and within 1hr I had an A/C Technician and a Home Comfort Advisor (Nick) at my family's home. Both were very professional, courteous, they wore face masks and shoe coverings when entering our home which made us all feel very safe in the times we live in now. Nick was very polite, informative, and took the time to answer all my questions. Unfortunately, the A/C unit was 18 years old and was not worth fixing due to the cost of a repair and not knowing what would break next. Decided to put the money into a new unit with Nick's help. He was able to help me find the best A/C unit for my home. They were able to start the process of installing the new unit the same day. The A/C install technician (Michael) was polite, professional, and cleaned up everything when they were done. I couldn't have asked for a better company to work in our home and our family.

He then informed us about a maintenance plan that we could sign up for but there was no pressure to sign up. We will definitely call Patrick’s again if we need service, and will also likely sign up for the maintenance plan.

      We, Bill and I (Karin) Brown, had Travis and hope he remains as our plumber. He went right to work. We had thought our flushers needed replacing and perhaps needed snaking from the roof plus other changes to the inner parts, but we weren’t sure. No snaking was needed, however, because of the age of our toilets he had one flusher and another needed to be ordered. There were inner parts that needed replacing and learned that our water to one of the toilets wasn’t turned on all the way. That took care of the whistling sound we were hearing. He was quick and very fair. Hope we get him always. We have always used Advanced Air Conditioning since we lived at Breakaway Trails and Advance will be our company.

Both of the competing services told me two different things, and neither fixed the problem.
      Saul, from Precision Heating & Air, came out, and immediately knew what was wrong. He was highly knowledgeable, very friendly, polite, honest, and fixed the issue. He took about an hour or so to perform the service. I also liked that they responded super fast at the office, and were able to service the issue on the same day
