Barb Ward is the Chief Human Resources Officer for Southern Home Services and a member of the company’s executive management team. In this role, she leads a team of human resources professionals who support the organization’s mission. She oversees the company’s talent acquisition and onboarding, employee training and development, diversity and inclusion, and total rewards.
- Barb joined Southern Home Services in 2022
- Prior to joining Southern, Barb’s career consists of 25+ years serving in progressive Human Resources roles with sales and service organizations, such as Clean Harbors Environmental Services, Inc., DISH Network and United Parcel Service.
- Barb earned her B.S in Business Administration from Metropolitan State College in Denver, CO and her M.A. in Human Resources from Webster University, St. Louis, MO.
