- Luc joined Southern in May 2023
- Prior to joining Southern, Luc was the Vice-President, Human Resources at Western & Southern Financial Group in Cincinnati, Ohio
- Prior to joining W&S Financial Group, Luc was the Vice-President, Human Resources at Service Experts, Inc. the HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical subsidiary of Lennox International in Dallas, Texas
- Luc also held senior HR leadership roles at the many global operating divisions of Nortel Networks in Ottawa, Canada as well as Richardson, Texas
- Luc is a graduate of the University of Ottawa in Canada where he earned a B.A., Certificate in Labor-Management Relations as well as a Master’s degree in Education
