MAITLAND, FLORIDA, January 21, 2020 - Southern Home Services® Corp. announced the successful acquisition and incorporation of The Service Gurus into their family of contractors. The Service Gurus is a premier HVAC, plumbing and electric service provider located in Saint Augustine, Florida and services homes and businesses in Saint Johns, Duval, Nassau and Clay counties. The new company-owned location provides Southern Home Services services throughout the north-eastern Florida coastal region and completes their ability to service Florida’s east coast from the Florida/Georgia border to south Palm Bay. The Service Gurus will transition their name to the Advanced Air Home Services brand, Southern Home Services’s company currently located in Palm Coast and Edgewater.
